What to expect and how to prepare
In this class we slow down to focus on the basic poses that are part of most yoga classes. Sometimes a subtle shift can make a big difference in how a pose or movement is experienced. Each session will offer tips about alignment and how to find ease and strength in your sun salutations and beyond. Includes tips on how to use props to support your practice. Good to have on hand for this class: blocks, blankets, cushions. Please make sure to have a yoga mat with a non-slippery surface as this is important for comfort and safety in many poses. All levels of experience are welcome.
