What to expect and how to prepare

This class is designed to ease tight hips, legs and back and bring suppleness and strength to the foundational aspects of the body. Centered around the Earth element, this practice stays mostly low on the mat, with long stretches, full-body movement flows and core strengthening. Great for walkers, equestrians, writers, drivers and happy binge-watchers ... Bring anything that supports your practice: blocks, blankets, cushions are helpful but not necessary. Essential: a mat with a non-slippery surface.
