What to expect and how to prepare
In this series of five 90-minute classes, we will plant seeds to transform negative beliefs about aging into opportunities for growth and positive change. Through the simplicity of breath, mindful movement, and the support of community, we will activate resilience and cultivate a sense of flow. This class is for women who: –Want to embrace practices for a vibrant, empowered middle age and beyond –Enjoy connecting with other women in a meaningful, intentional way –Are navigating life transitions, such as an empty nest, menopause, or other reorienting changes Join us to explore new possibilities and strengthen your connection to yourself and to a supportive community of women.
